Hourly Capacity Analysis

Calculate average capacity of your spaces throughout the week

The capacity by hour chart allows you to identify the average utilisation by hour throughout the working weeks, enabling you to better plan the use of your spaces throughout the week. Breaking utilisation down by hour and by each day, you can identify your busiest days and times.

Creating a capacity by hour chart

To create a new capacity by hour chart, you can navigate to the bottom of the capacity panel, where there will be a button for 'capacity by day or hour'.

Once created, press the filter button in the upper right corner of the title bar to configure your chart.

In your filters, you are able to select:

The asset group to monitor (you can choose only one)
The time range you want to monitor, which include:
1. This week
2. Last week
3. This month
4. Last month
5. Last 30 days
6. Custom time range

Choose your filters, click save, and it will create your chart for you to analyse.

You can hover any series and data point to highlight that specific reading, alongside any change on the previous time period.

You can select and deselect series on the chart by clicking on the name of the day in the legend at the bottom of the chart, to focus on specific days of the week.
