Operational hours are used by the platform to calculate occupancy utilisation and allow you to filter out values from your analysis, such as evenings and weekends from a wellness analysis. By default, this is set to 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday.

Operational Hours are stored in the Building Overview stored within the ‘Building’ icon on the map view. To access them, click on the ‘building’ icon on the map.

The Building Overview contains four tabs: Basic Information, Site Details, Operational Hours and Key Activities. You need to select ‘Operational Hours’.

Once you have selected operational hours, you can access the operational hours for each of the days of the week. To edit the operational hours & days, you:

1. Click on the day of the week to select the day. You can see which day is selected as it is highlighted in blue. 

2. Toggle whether it is an operational day by using the toggle selector

3. Provide a start and end time

4. Click save

5. Repeat this for every day
